GamerVault ("we," "us," or "our") is a peer-to-peer digital marketplace that enables individuals ("Sellers") to list and sell digital game codes and gift cards to other individuals ("Buyers"). GamerVault acts solely as an intermediary platform and is not the seller of any digital product listed on the site.

Our platform supports codes for PlayStation Network (PSN), Xbox, Steam, Nintendo eShop, Epic Games, GOG, and other digital gaming platforms.

You must meet the following requirements to use GamerVault:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must verify your email address before creating seller listings.
• You must not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law.
• You may only maintain one account per person.

• Buyers are responsible for verifying region compatibility before purchasing.
• Buyers must redeem codes promptly after purchase.
• Buyers may not share, resell, or redistribute purchased codes.
• Buyers must report issues with codes within 48 hours of purchase.
• Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GamerVault:

• Listing stolen, fraudulently obtained, or counterfeit codes.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
• Attempting to manipulate prices or engage in price gouging.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Using automated bots or scrapers to access our platform.
• Attempting to bypass our payment or verification systems.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

After a purchase is confirmed, the game code will be delivered to the buyer's registered email address within approximately 20 minutes. GamerVault does not guarantee exact delivery times, as delivery may be subject to system processing and verification.

Buyers are solely responsible for redeeming codes correctly on the appropriate platform. GamerVault is not responsible for codes that fail to redeem due to buyer error, incorrect region selection, or platform-side issues.

GamerVault offers buyer protection for invalid or non-working codes. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility, the claims process, and resolution timelines. All disputes must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

All content on GamerVault, including logos, design, text, and graphics, is the property of GamerVault and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Game titles, platform logos, and trademarks referenced on our platform belong to their respective owners. GamerVault is not affiliated with Sony, Microsoft, Valve, Nintendo, Epic Games, or any other platform holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamerVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

GamerVault's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to GamerVault in the three months preceding the claim.

GamerVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of GamerVault after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
