GamerVault offers full buyer protection on all purchases. If a code you received is invalid, already used, or doesn't work, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Our Buyer Protection Guarantee

Every purchase on GamerVault is covered by our Buyer Protection Guarantee. We ensure that buyers receive valid, working game codes. If there is any issue with a code you purchased, we will make it right.

This guarantee covers all digital products sold on GamerVault, including game codes, gift cards, subscription codes, and in-game currency cards across all supported platforms.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You are eligible for a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • The code you received has already been redeemed by someone else.
  • The code is expired and cannot be redeemed.
  • The code is invalid and returns an error when entered correctly.
  • The code is for the wrong region and cannot be used on your account.
  • The code was not delivered to your email within 2 hours of purchase.
  • The product received is materially different from what was listed.

3. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing a valid, working code.
  • You purchased a code for the wrong region despite the listing clearly stating the region.
  • The code was redeemed successfully but you are unsatisfied with the game or content.
  • You entered the code incorrectly and it became locked or flagged by the platform.
  • More than 48 hours have passed since the purchase without a dispute being filed.
  • The code was purchased as part of a promotional or discounted bundle clearly marked as non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Step 1 — Contact Support Within 48 Hours

Submit a refund request within 48 hours of your purchase. You can do this via our 24/7 AI chat widget or by emailing [email protected].

Step 2 — Provide Evidence

Include your order ID, a screenshot of the error message or failed redemption attempt, and the platform account where you tried to redeem the code.

Step 3 — Investigation

Our team will review your claim within 24 hours. We will verify the code status with the seller and platform data where possible.

Step 4 — Resolution

If your claim is approved, you will receive either a replacement code from the seller or a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

5. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are fully responsible for the validity of codes they list. If a buyer's refund claim is upheld, the refund amount will be deducted from the seller's account balance. Repeated invalid code listings will result in account suspension.

Sellers are encouraged to test codes before listing them and to remove listings immediately if a code is no longer valid.

6. Refund Processing Times

  • Replacement code: Delivered within 2–4 hours of claim approval.
  • Credit card / debit card refunds: 3–5 business days.
  • PayPal refunds: 1–3 business days.
  • Store credit (if applicable): Instant upon approval.

7. Dispute Escalation

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the dispute by emailing [email protected]. Our senior support team will review the case and provide a final decision within 5 business days.
