Every purchase on GamerVault is covered by our Buyer Protection Guarantee. We ensure that buyers receive valid, working game codes. If there is any issue with a code you purchased, we will make it right.
This guarantee covers all digital products sold on GamerVault, including game codes, gift cards, subscription codes, and in-game currency cards across all supported platforms.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement in the following situations:
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Submit a refund request within 48 hours of your purchase. You can do this via our 24/7 AI chat widget or by emailing [email protected].
Include your order ID, a screenshot of the error message or failed redemption attempt, and the platform account where you tried to redeem the code.
Our team will review your claim within 24 hours. We will verify the code status with the seller and platform data where possible.
If your claim is approved, you will receive either a replacement code from the seller or a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Sellers are fully responsible for the validity of codes they list. If a buyer's refund claim is upheld, the refund amount will be deducted from the seller's account balance. Repeated invalid code listings will result in account suspension.
Sellers are encouraged to test codes before listing them and to remove listings immediately if a code is no longer valid.
If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the dispute by emailing [email protected]. Our senior support team will review the case and provide a final decision within 5 business days.
